Research & Development
Our testing facility at Gurugram (Haryana) has been accredited by the NABL to follow ISO/IEC 17025:2005 in respect of general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories for electrical testing. We believe that our in-house R&D Centres enable us to introduce innovative solutions to meet the varied segment needs of our customers and achieving time efficiency in the development of new and innovative technologies.
Tool Room
At our R&D centers, we have Tool Rooms where we operate internal facilities for component and tool design. We produce instruments for a wide variety of LED lights, Switch Fuse Units, MCBs, MCCBs, Meters, and Changeover Switches. The CNC equipment in these tool rooms guarantees the creation of high-quality molds and tools. CAD software and CNC equipment are used to generate the data for our Tool Rooms, which help to ensure the precision of the tools made there. We think that our Tool Rooms make it simple for us to adjust to technological advancements or altered requirements provided by institutional clients or Power Utilities.
Distribution & Sales Channel
We sell and distribute our products through a network of exclusive authorized dealers and distributors. However, we sell to institutional customers directly on contractual arrangements, such as developers of residential and commercial projects, OEMs, Governmental Agencies, etc.,or directly for domestic usage. We have over 900+ dealers or distributors and 75000+ retailers for distributing our electric equipment offerings, who also act as our channel partners. Our authorized dealers may also assist our sales and marketing team in undertaking price-related negotiations with institutional customers and in ensuring on-time and authentic delivery of our products. Our Company formulates Annual Sales Policies containing general terms and conditions governing our relationship with our authorized dealers. Each authorized dealer is required to accept these terms and conditions. Certificate of the dealership is then awarded that is valid for a year.
